Mansoor Almeqbaali

Mansoor Almeqbaali is an Abu Dhabi-based strategy and transactions professional with experience spanning investment, capital markets, transformation and institutional advisory across some of the UAE's most strategic sectors.

He began his career in 2017 with ADIG, gaining early exposure to investment evaluation, financial analysis and opportunities across diversified sectors. Mansoor subsequently joined EY, contributing to more than 12 landmark IPO and capital market engagements before moving into EY-Parthenon's Transaction Strategy & Execution practice, where he currently serves as a Manager.

Across more than 50 engagements spanning over 20 sectors, Mansoor has worked on major transactions, integrations and transformation programmes involving leading sovereign, energy, industrial and public-sector institutions. His experience has given him exposure to businesses across the investment lifecycle, from transaction and strategic assessment through to transformation and value creation.

With longstanding family interests across business, investments and real estate in Abu Dhabi, Mansoor maintains a broad investment perspective spanning private businesses, strategic partnerships and distinctive real estate opportunities.

His outlook is long-term and relationship-driven, with a particular interest in opportunities where strong fundamentals, strategic relevance and the right partnerships can create enduring value across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
