Matt Siddell

Matt Siddell is a seasoned entrepreneur andadvisor with an extensive network. He is the founder of Matt Siddell RealEstate Advisors, working on a retained basis with UHNW investors, familyoffices and V-VIP clients, focusing primarily on real estate in the UAE.

Matt read Economics at the University ofManchester from 1996 to 1999, then began his career in finance, offshorebanking, and offshore corporate structuring, which shapes his financialstrategies today.

In 2004 Matt founded Kin, pioneering heirtracing and reclaiming over £100m of inheritances for his clients, beforetransitioning into real estate in 2010 using the proceeds from that business tobuild a real estate portfolio in London and Reading, before Reading wasconnected by Cross Rail to London.

Matt also established a well-known realestate network for investors and developers in London, which earned him trustas a leader in real estate.

Matt relocated to Dubai in 2022 and quicklybuilt one of the region's most trusted and recognised personal brands. Hisexpertise spans real estate, private equity, financing, deal structuring andasset management.
